Z kor\u00f3znych degrada\u010dn\u00fdch mechanizmov je najviac zast\u00fapen\u00e9 kor\u00f3zne praskanie pod nap\u00e4t\u00edm (SCC &#8211; stress corrosion cracking) pr\u00edpadne jeho kombin\u00e1cia s \u00fanavov\u00fdmi mechanizmami. N\u00e1sledne je to pitting, galvanick\u00e1 kor\u00f3zia, kor\u00f3zna er\u00f3zia a \u010fal\u0161ie menej \u010dast\u00e9 typy. \u0160tandardne je SCC sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 kombin\u00e1ciou: aplikovan\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, \u00farov\u0148ou lok\u00e1lnych nap\u00e4t\u00ed ako aj chemick\u00fdmi a fyzik\u00e1lnymi vlastnos\u0165ami samotn\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia &#8211; prim\u00e1rnej vody. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m SCC je \u017ee n\u00e1sobne redukuje faktory intenzity nap\u00e4tia ktor\u00e9 klasick\u00e1 lomov\u00e1 mechanika pou\u017e\u00edva pri stanovovan\u00ed kritick\u00fdch nap\u00e4tosti ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 v\u00fdpo\u010dtov pri navrhovan\u00ed kon\u0161trukci\u00ed. Lok\u00e1lne sa preto v kon\u0161trukcii prim\u00e1rneho okruhu m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytova\u0165 miesta v ktor\u00fdch iniciuje SCC &#8211; ide o oblasti zvarov\u00fdch spojov, ohybov, heterog\u00e9nnych zvarov\u00fdch spojov.\u00a0Cie\u013eom ka\u017ed\u00e9ho prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea JE je presne odhadn\u00fa\u0165 kde, kedy a ako m\u00f4\u017ee po\u0161kodenie iniciova\u0165 a ako r\u00fdchlo sa bude \u0161\u00edri\u0165. N\u00e1sledne sa napl\u00e1nuje profilaktick\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba respekt\u00edve oprava.\u00a0Stav nap\u00e4tosti, jeden z troch nevyhnutn\u00fdch podmienok\/faktorov pre vznik SCC je ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017eko kvantifikovate\u013en\u00fd. Z toho vypl\u00fdva \u017ee aktu\u00e1lne pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 predik\u010dn\u00e9 modely spr\u00e1vania sa materi\u00e1lov prim\u00e1rnych okruhov s\u00fa ve\u013emi konzervat\u00edvne &#8211; na hranici praktickej pou\u017eite\u013enosti. Navy\u0161e v\u00fdsledky maj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fd rozptyl. Neexistuje ucelen\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca ktor\u00e1 na materi\u00e1loch prim\u00e1rnych okruhoch jednozna\u010dne identifikuje vz\u0165ahy medzi nap\u00e4t\u00edm, materi\u00e1lom a m\u00e9diom na jednej strane a inkuba\u010dnou dobou respekt\u00edve dynamikou \u0161\u00edrenia SCC na strane druhej.\u00a0V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti teda neexistuje predik\u010dn\u00fd model inici\u00e1cie a \u0161\u00edrenia SCC ktor\u00fd by sa dal prakticky aplikova\u0165. Ide o ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd fakt z ktor\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdva n\u00e1vrh postupov predkladan\u00e9ho projektu.<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dn\u00fd popis projektu:<\/p>\n<p>Projekt je zameran\u00fd na nov\u00e9 postupy hodnotenia stavu materi\u00e1lov prim\u00e1rneho okruhu JE typu VVER. Nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob stanovenia zvy\u0161kovej \u017eivotnosti jednotliv\u00fdch kritick\u00fdch komponentov zalo\u017een\u00fd na predikt\u00edvnom modeli. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou cie\u013eov predkladan\u00e9ho projektu je tvorba predik\u010dn\u00fdch modelov.
